Rolf Frolich - Chairman
Rolf Frolich has had a long distinguished career in the property industry, starting back in 1973. Over the past 27 years Rolf was successfully involved in many large industrial commercial, retail and residential development throughout Gauteng.

Rolf currently sits on the Board of Acucap Limited, a listed property company.

Alex Morrison - Managing Director
Alex Morrison joined the Odyssey Group in 1996 and became managing director of Odyssey Developments in 1999. He has 25 years’ experience in engineering and project management, as well as development and construction in South Africa and the UK.

He was instrumental in acquiring a major stake in 2002 in a highly visible and accessible land development known as Irene Land Corporation, comprising 300 hectares of land located on either side of the R21 at the Nellmapius interchange in Irene, Pretoria.

Angus Mackay - Director
Angus Mackay is the chairman and co-founder of the successful retail group Retail Africa. He has more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial and retail property, and has successfully conceptualised, developed and owned shopping centres, office blocks and industrial parks.

Angus has served on the boards of numerous property companies.

Jannie Kruger - Director
Jannie Kruger co-founded Retail Africa in 1999 and is the current CEO of the company. Prior to establishing Retail Africa, Jannie spent his time with both JHI and Woolworths, where his property expertise and extensive network of contacts were enhanced.

He is a non-executive director of Kondotel Holdings, a family owned leisure-residential property development and investment company.

Ken Reynolds - Director
Ken Reynolds has 20 years’ experience in the property industry, covering finance and equity. He has had numerous positions in the property finance division of Syfrets, NIB and Nedbank, and is a director of a number of property companies within Nedbank and in joint ventures with clients.

He is Nedbank’s National Property Finance Specialist and acting Regional Executive of Property Finance Gauteng.

Ricardo Chadinha - Director
Ricardo Chadinha is a registered quantity surveying professional. He has experience in property investments, such as land acquisitions and development, commercial and residential developments, and commercial portfolio assemblies and acquisitions.

Ricardo has been with Nedbank Ltd since 2005 and is currently Investment Manager in Property Partners, a division of Corporate Property Finance.
